Handling Procedures

Whistleblowing is possible to through the online "Whistleblower Site" at any time, and reports can also be made via fax or mail.

Report Receipt -> Report Confirmation -> Investigation in Progress -> Discussion on actions to be taken

Notification of Results -> Objection -> Re-examination -> Notification of Results

※ Both the complaint and defendant can object to the result through separated channel.

Whistleblower Protection Regulations

Confidentiality: Disclosure or indication of the whistleblower's identity without consent is prohibited.

Identity Protection: The whistleblower is protected from any disadvantage or discrimination related to their department or business relationships due to report.

Liability Reduction: If an error or fault is found related to the whistleblower's own actions, disciplinary actions against the whistleblower may be reduced or waived.
